End User License Agreement for the proprietary NGARi software product — including restrictions on redistribution, reverse engineering, and unauthorized modification.

Sovereign License Agreement

Covers both subscription plans (Build, Scale, Company) and perpetual licenses (Solo, Team, Enterprise) — including payment terms, upgrade entitlements, renewal, and cancellation.
