NGARi+ Hardware Purchase Agreement

NGARi+ hardware appliances are pre-configured NVIDIA Jetson devices running the NGARi Software stack. Current models and pricing are listed on the Pricing page. Specifications and included components are as described at the time of order and may change with notice.

Orders. All orders are placed through the NGARi website or authorized resellers. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Payment. Full payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card), BTCPay Server (Bitcoin/Lightning), or wire transfer for enterprise orders.

Pricing. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs duties. You are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your jurisdiction.

Shipment. Hardware is shipped within fourteen (14) business days of order confirmation, subject to component availability. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for the purchase value.

International. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and delays beyond our control. NGARi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs.

Hardware Warranty. NGARi+ hardware is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, NGARi will, at its option, repair or replace defective hardware at no charge.

Software Warranty. The pre-installed NGARi Software is governed by the Software EULA and Sovereign License Agreement. The Software is provided “as is” with no hardware-level warranty.

Exclusions. The hardware warranty does not cover damage caused by: misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, power surges, improper installation, environmental conditions outside specifications, or normal wear and tear.

Return Window. You may return a hardware appliance within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. The device must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Condition. Refunds require that the device is in good physical condition with no signs of abuse, damage, or tampering. NGARi reserves the right to deduct from the refund for damage beyond normal inspection.
