NGARi Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using NGARi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description

NGARi is a private AI platform that provides AI model inference through a web interface, conversation management, and subscription-based access to larger models and additional capacity. NGARi Cloud runs on our infrastructure. A self-hosted version (NGARi+) is available for those who want it on their own hardware.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Magic link authentication is the only supported sign-in method.

4. Free Tier

The free tier provides access to select AI models, 50 conversations per calendar month for registered users, and 10 conversations for anonymous users. Anonymous conversations are identified by a client-side token stored in your browser. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with notice.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (X, Y, Z) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

NGARi provides AI models without content filters. You are solely responsible for how you use the AI outputs. You agree not to use NGARi to generate content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content involving minors, non-consensual depictions, or content intended to cause physical harm.

7. Data and Privacy

All conversation data is stored on our private infrastructure. NGARi does not transmit your conversations to third-party AI providers. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Model

NGARi Cloud is hosted and maintained by us. No infrastructure management is required. We handle server maintenance, model availability, and security.

NGARi+ is designed for self-hosted deployment. You are responsible for maintaining your own infrastructure, including the server, database, model server (Ollama), and network security. We provide the software layer and subscription management.

9. Service Availability

NGARi Cloud inference requires connectivity to our servers. Authentication and subscription management require internet connectivity. We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uptime. NGARi+ self-hosted deployments can operate fully offline.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create using NGARi. AI model outputs are generated by open-source models (Ollama). NGARi and Bison Venture Partners claim no ownership over your outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability

NGARi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, model inaccuracies, or infrastructure failures. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected] or through the API. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
