The Preview

The NGARi Preview is free — there is nothing to refund.

Paid products

Refunds for paid products (NGARi+ hardware, NGARi ONE hardware, agent subscriptions, sprints and training) are handled per the terms shown at checkout on their respective pages. NGARi+ warranty, RMA and shipping terms are set out in the Hardware warranty. For refund requests, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

API credits

Unused NGARi API credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable. Credits never expire.

NGARi ONE pre-orders

NGARi+ appliances may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment, and returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Hardware warranty, returns & shipping page for the full process.

NGARi ONE pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment. After shipment, the standard 30-day return window applies.
